We’re excited to announce that the Board of Directors will reduce the Homeowners Association fees for the 2022 year to reflect our budget for this year, which is included in this mail out. At the end of the year once the Board prepares a budget for 2023 we can decide if the current fee structure is sustainable.
Fees are due April 1st each year

2022 Single-Family Detached Homes Fee: $100

2022 Multi-Family and Attached Homes Fee: $50
(This includes duplex units, triplex units, row housing, rental/condo apartment multi-unit building units)
