2025 Homeowners Association Fees
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the Homeowners Association fees for the 2025 year:
2025 Single-Family Detached Homes Unit Fee: $100
2025 Multi-Family and Attached Homes Unit Fee: $50
(Includes duplexes, triplexes, townhomes, condo/apartment building units)
Previous Years’ Fees
If you owe previous years’ fees, we ask that you pay by e-transfer or by cheque. If you choose e-transfer, please include your full name and the full address of your West Ambleside property in the comments.

Methods of Payment
We have updated the methods of payment to be more convenient and simpler to use. These options are available all year round:
*** We are no longer accepting payments by Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD).
*** Our previous property manager (Core Real Estate Group) has cancelled all PADs. If anyone is charged WAHOA fees by PAD after October 31st, 2021, please notify the Board of Directors immediately.
